What you can expect this Fall Season

Aug 4, 2020 | Featured Stories, H'art Studio

The overall theme of the Fall Season is “Season of Solos”. H’art artists will demonstrate the “personal interest and inspiring force behind each creation” in many artistic disciplines.

We are pleased to announce Daniel Chalmers, a local professional percussionist who has H’art’s MixAbilities Inclusive Arts Training will return and deliver Orff workshops in the Fall. He completed Orff training online through the Royal Conservatory of Music after a week-long Orff music workshop featuring clinicians from near and far was canceled due to the pandemic in the Spring. Kathi Toth Switzer will also return to deliver Orff workshops. She is a certified Orff Music Specialist trained by the Royal Conservatory of Music. She is also a professional musician who has performed as a violinist with the Kingston Symphony, Quartessence, and various musical and theatre groups in the Kingston area. Please watch our social media for more details about the fall season and our events page for any announcements about any culminating exhibitions in December 2020.
