Kyla Todd
Visual Arts
Kyla Todd worked in the Limestone District School Board for 25 years until deciding to retire and move onto something a little different. While she was working as a teacher, she was very involved with the arts: she worked in the LEAP program for 8 years, directed all sorts of school musicals and coffee houses, and was always involved with visual arts. In her real life, Kyla worked as an artist in a number of capacities: she painted sets and a few puppers for a variety of local theatre companies, she created a 9-foot, 3 headed floating Dragon for Calliope Collective’s production of HYDRA – The Spirit of Water, and has been in a number of art shows including the upcoming Lennox & Addington Studio Art Tour. Kyla is very happy to be sharing her art experiences with H’art participants and guiding them as they create their own works of art. She loves being part of the H’art environment and is excited about the upcoming season and events that go along with it!
