Julie Ann (‘JA’) Wolfe May is a Toronto-based manager, writer-researcher, and strategic consultant to business and government leaders and works within community, corporate, non-profit and government sectors in the development of strategies for advancement of social change and public policy. JA began her career at CBC-TV in Toronto and extended her experience into other media. Over 3 decades she has championed various cause-related and advocacy campaigns with a do-good purpose and has worked in aid of some of the most vulnerable populations. Ms. May’s experience includes her tenure as president of the ONTCHILD provincial association — an umbrella representing residential care agencies working with and assisting at risk children and youth. JA is a founding member of the Canadian Network for Arts and Learning, the i-Canada Alliance, and adviser to the VerdeXchange Canada corporate environmental action initiative. JA obtained her BA in TV & Journalism from Ryerson University (Toronto, ON) and her MS in Telecommunications Management from Syracuse University (Syracuse, NY).

H’art Centre is located below Good Life Fitness. The building’s main entrance is off of Barrack Street. Wheelchair access and audience access to THE BOX inclusive performing arts space is available through the entrance on Wellington Street.
